- To augment Sales force with online capabilities to profitably scale as we compete for new business.
- Expand the account coverage through online capabilities such as online communities, online chats and online technical support.
- Drive Sales revenue through lead generation, influencer and match making activities, and account management processes.
- The ultimate objective is to identify quality sales leads for online account managers to follow-up and setup a meeting between the customer and an online account manager.
- Customer contact is mainly by phone or email, Chat/other options may be used in the future, but this component in the business process still needs to be fleshed out by Intel.
