Vacancy: MES System Technician @ Philips Lumileds Lighting Sdn. Bhd

(2) headcounts for the position of MES System Technician at Philips Lumileds Lighting Sdn. Bhd. These are permanent positions. Job descriptions and requirements are as per below:

Position Requirements
MUST

1. MCE/SPM/”0” Level or HSC/STPM or Certificate/ Diploma with one (1) year experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Able to communicate and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Basic spreadsheet, word processing, and software literacy skills

WANT

1. Knowledge and experience in using MES is advantageous.
2. Knowledge and experience in PC/server hardware and Operating System is advantageous.
3. Able to work with minimum supervision.
4. Must be self discipline and committed to the work assigned.

Roles & Resposibilties

1. Provide 1st Level basic technical support.
2. Prepare daily WW system status report.
3. Perform daily system monitoring on manufacturing infrastructure (Operating System and hardware).
4. Follow documentation to perform tasks.
5. Support routine and adhoc activities as requested by Manager.
6. Develop and manage application run book/ documentation.
7. Work on shift.

Note: Preferable Malay / Indian.
