IT GLOBAL HELPDESK SPECIALIST - MANDARIN SPEAKING (1 YEAR CONTRACT)
Salary : RM1,800

Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OVERVIEW

• To provide online support on Information Technology (IT) operation related support and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To liaise with the local, regional and global IT support teams on operational issues.
• To manage escalation processes and monitor the progress of case resolutions.
• To provide technical assistance on IT related issues to the end users.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
• Knowledge and experience on current desktop applications support.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
