Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OVERVIEW
- To provide online support on Information Technology (IT) operation related support and services.
- To liaise with the local, regional and global IT support teams on operational issues.
- To manage escalation processes and monitor the progress of case resolutions.
- To provide technical assistance on IT related issues to the end users.
- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on rotating shifts.
- Knowledge and experience on current desktop applications support.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
