Description
Job Description: Providing Incident Management and Service Monitoring support to Intel’s critical applications and systems based on Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities includes supporting internal employees and suppliers globally in the environment consists of over 7000 servers and 800 applications worldwide. Specific duties include providing basic to moderate troubleshooting of issues, identifying resolution actions and implementing solutions to return the environment to normal operations. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some assignments are semi-routine in nature and certain degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.

Qualifications
You should possess at least a Diploma in IT/Engineering with basic knowledge in IT products and services. Additional qualification include:
  • In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software, computer network, internet and intranet
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • High passion for IT and electronic commerce evolution
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team
  • Experience in IT Service Desk would be an added advantage
  • Certification in MCSE*, CCNA*, CCNP* and others would be an added advantage
