IT Helpdesk

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st level technical support to IT customers of hardware & software issues.
  • Address customers technical issues via phone or remotely.
  • Create service tickets in the Call Management System & use the appropriate escalation channels to escalate pending issues.
Requirements:
  • Education background: Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree for Computer & IT. (or any related field)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in IT or customer service.
  • Language requirement: English (Excellent communication skills).
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate should be able to work on rotations shifts.
  • Interested candidates must be Malaysian citizen.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
 Salary & Benefits:
  • Basic salary: RM2000 – RM3000 (based on IT assessment results)
  • Transportation allowance: RM300
  • Language Allowance : RM500
  • Shift Allowance : RM200 Morning / RM300 Night (when rostered)
  • Incentives packages :RM100 (based on performance)
  • Medical Benefits provided
  • Full training for new hires is provided
Career Prospect:
  • Executive (Level 1 to 6) > Senior Executive (Level 1 to 6) > Team Manager
