- Provide 1st level technical support to IT customers of hardware & software issues.
- Address customers technical issues via phone or remotely.
- Create service tickets in the Call Management System & use the appropriate escalation channels to escalate pending issues.
- Education background: Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree for Computer & IT. (or any related field)
- At least 1 year of working experience in IT or customer service.
- Language requirement: English (Excellent communication skills).
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate should be able to work on rotations shifts.
- Interested candidates must be Malaysian citizen.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
- Basic salary: RM2000 – RM3000 (based on IT assessment results)
- Transportation allowance: RM300
- Language Allowance : RM500
- Shift Allowance : RM200 Morning / RM300 Night (when rostered)
