IT Support Engineer (Penang)
Responsibilities:

• To provide high-end technical support on Windows environment based systems and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt solution for their problems.
• Hardware and OS configuration of Servers and client systems. OS Installation and bringing them to network.
• Provide support and maintenance after implementation
• Preparing and maintaining Technical Reports
• Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customers
• Requirements:
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer hardware, networking or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in MS SQL server
• Knowledge in TCP/ IP, LAN/ WAN, network management and security
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
• Customer oriented, strong interpersonal and communications skills to interact with all levels of people
• Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
