Recruitment Consultant
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Responsible to develop and maintain profitable relationship with assigned key accounts and create new business opportunities in order to meet the sales budget
- Manage the efficiency of marketing plans and projects in the company (if any)
- Source for CVs (creative ways), interview candidates, job-matching, and recruiting
- At least STPM and above
- Prefer female candidate
- Computer literature and MS Office
- With working experience in HR/admin/sales coordination will be an added advantage
- To attend sales enquiries & to follow up on status of sales orders
- Process/Coordinate sales order with operations department
- General administrative work relating to sales agreement and correspondence
- Degree in Chemistry or Bio Technology and fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Computer literate: MS word / excel / power point / Outlook
- Reporting to country sales manager, providing full administrative support to sales department; provide month report as required by the manager
- Responsible for demo equipment: any transaction regarding loan, purchase and event. Provide monthly updates to all sales personnel
- Possess Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- Experience in Security industry is essential (e.g CCTV, intrusion detection, access control system etc).
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Familiar with on-site systems trouble-shooting
- Responsible in maintaining security system including depot stock, maintenance equipment and dismantled equipment
- Responsible in monitoring staff daily activity, maintenance job progress and trouble shooting
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Responsible for sales activities and must be results oriented. Identify and develop new business opportunities & new market niche.
- Responsible for revenue retention and development of portfolios / accounts
