Job title: IT Automation Engineer
Job Description:
IT automation engineer responsible for supporting manufacturing IT services, ensuring all IT systems and services in factories are operating smoothly 24x7. As the first contact providing first line of support to factories, as well as monitoring the system health/performance, following standard Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Event and Service Level Management processes.
Additionally, IT automation engineer need to integrates, tests, installs, configures, and/or supports Factory automation software systems. Coordinates factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions. Applies advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems. Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
Qualification & Requirement:
At least Bachelor Degree graduate in Computer and IT related field. With CGPA >3
Knowledge on computer technology; Knowledge on computer network and info security; Fundamental understanding about client-server connection, and application-database interaction; Skill and experience in IT, Computer and peripheral support;
Working hours: alternate day/night 12 hours shift
