Business Analyst Support Penang
Responsibilities:

• Delivery of system implementation services including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, customization, support escalation, and Q&A.
• Document business requirements, business process mapping, meeting notes and test scripts; update job records accordingly.
• Implementation services including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, customization, support escalation, and Q&A.
• Plan and execute system implementations and customizations according to project methodology.
• Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software.
• Help in the development of specifications, configure the system, develop and install modifications.
• Communicates regularly with the project manager on the status of the work in progress.
• Respond to customer calls and provides immediate assistance for urgent requests.
• If a problem is related to a faulty product, communicate with the technical support team, make a requisition, and ensure the necessary follow-up.
• Provide End user training.
• Develops an action plan according to the customers’ specifications and their roles.
• Participate in sales activities by configuring the demonstration environments that serve during presentations to potential clients.
• Develop specific functionalities as required and modifies data according to the industry.
• May be called upon to make presentations.
• Acquire knowledge of the market through communication with potential and current customers as well as documentation.
• Adaptation and design of our solution to support customer’s required processes and procedures.
• Requirements:
• A university degree or course related in Business Information Systems (BIS) or Information Management System (IMS) or equivalent, and with Knowledge in Computing and Information
• and Communication Technology (ICT).
• Ability to work in a deadline-focused environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed-upon time frames.
• Competence in relevant functional knowledge in the areas of financials, cost accounting, MRP, planning and scheduling, project management, process modeling, and system implementation methodology.
• Business analysis and process re-design in the context of an ERP implementation.
• Strong Project Management, Communication and Written skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise functional design specifications.
• Application Testing and Troubleshooting, Patch Testing, and Customer Support.
• Customer-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill.
• Energetic self-starter; you work well in a team.
• You have the ability to think strategically, but you also pitch in to get the job done when required.
• You are able to document and produce professional documents that effectively communicate your ideas.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
