Front Desk Admin (URGENT)
- SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field
- MUST willing to work at Bayan Lepas.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and common Chinese dialects will be advantages
- Provide administrative support
- Diploma/ Certificate in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Good communication skills in English
- To assist Accounts Executive in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Degree in Human Resources or Training & Development relevant qualification.
- 3 or 4 years in Hotel industry
- Conduct training programmers fluently in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
- Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate
- Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- Food preparation/cooking
- Diploma or other relevant qualification
- Good communication skills in English / Malay and interpersonal skills
- Well verse in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Handle payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information
- Handle General HR administrative task
- Must have a high school diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Support the transfer of production lines and equipment
- Perform set-up or installation of equipment
- Manage PM schedule and perform maintenance of equipment
- Diploma in tourism or SPM or its equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity or assistance housekeeper in hotel industry
- Establish or implement operating procedures and standards
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literate
- Perform daily admin task and data entry
