Internship for Computer/IT Students
Infineon Technologies (KHTP, Kulim Kedah)

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide end user support (desktop, laptop, print services, voice, video) such as installation, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintenance
• Undertake problem management for pro-active management of IT client services.
• Perform testing, user training and deployment of IT solutions in systematic way.
• Monitor system health and capacity and perform pro-active system maintenance to ensure reliable operation of business operation.
• Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary.
• Ensure IT policy and procedures are complied with.
• Willing to work in Clean room environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): "end user support (cleanroom)", "problem management", "pc deployment".
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 4 month(s).
