REDGroup (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for Demand Center Support Engineer.
Demand Center Support Engineer (Work Location : Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah)
1. Contract duration: 9 months (Jan-Sept 2012)
2. Working hour: Normal Hours (8am - 5.15pm)
3. Roles & Responsibility
- Rollout of Corporate Standard Client including setup of computers, operating system installation and business software installation.
- Rollout of IT equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Gather information for reporting.
- Liaise with resident client engineer for project engagement.
- Maintaining a good asset/inventory management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with emphasis in an IT related field (Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply)
- Familiar with Windows Desktop Operating System and Active Directory.
- A team player that is able to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Maintains a good software and hardware inventory management.
- Proficient in Hardware (PC, Printers & Peripherals) and Software (e.g. OS, Application, etc.) troubleshooting.
- Sharp analytical mind with good trouble-shooting skills
