Job Objectives
- Analytical, articulate, result-oriented and provide excellent follow-up.
- Install, setup, diagnosis & troubleshoot IT clients, printers and peripherals within standard time frame
- Must be service oriented to assist the IT operation support.
- Escalation of issues to the IT OS CS team in order to resolve the issue to the user’s complete satisfaction.
- Rollout of Standard Client (SC) including setup of computers, operating system installation and business software installation.
- Rollout of IT equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Second level support for user help desk
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Gather information for reporting.
- Liaise with resident client engineer for project engagement.
- Support shall be primarily on Windows platform.
- Maintaining a good asset/inventory management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in an IT related field or the equivalent skill and knowledge with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with Windows Desktop Operating System and Active Directory.
- A team player that is able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Monitors, maintains, assist, assigns, responds, resolve and tracks helpdesk requests.
- Maintains a good software and hardware inventory management.
- Proficient in Hardware (PC, Printers & Peripherals) and Software (e.g. OS, Application, etc.) troubleshooting.
- Sharp analytical mind with good trouble-shooting skills
