I have been working in IT support and services for 10 years started with system administration role to customer service and support.

I’m taking on regional role to manage Dell’s global customer account in APJ with highest services level.

I obtained my Graduate Diploma in IT in Business from KDU Damansara Utama. Then, I pursued several IT professional certifications with on the job training and studies with the most recent being ITIL Certification.

4. You have achieved so much in such a short span of time, can you share your secret of success with us?

Do my best to excel in the core area in order to succeed.

5. What prompted you to choose KDU?

It provided a complete range of IT studies without going abroad.
