Return Material Authorization
- To manage product warranty claim and returns request via telephone calls, web and e-mail requests from corporate customers in Asia Pacific Region.
- To generate statistical reports for analysis purpose.
- Man the RMA Helpdesk within the operation hours specified.
- Manage all incoming calls, web or e-mail requests on returns.
- Address and monitor any issues reported.
- Follow up pending requests or receipt until closure.
- Route the calls or emails or requests to relevant parties should there be any need for follow-up action by them.
- Collate RMA orders in statistical report, update data and maintenance.
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
