Position Title: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

Working location: Penang Island 

Responsibilities

• Primary technical pre-sales interface with the customers, recognize the client’s
• Business needs, interpret them, and produce the business winning proposal.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, consultation and advice to prospective Clients and Account Managers.
• Provide technical leadership in client vision creation, presenting and consultative selling
• Manage and train the Technical staff in the company.
• Present and provide technical product demonstrations including advanced product features and benefits
• Work with sales team to help plan, scope, recommend and develop solutions to meet customer’s needs and specifications
• Prepare presentation slides, demos & proposal
• Keeping abreast with latest technologies, software trends, and products in the market.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
• Senior IT engineers are welcomed
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 year of working experience in Technical or Technical Pre Sales
• Rich Experience and Technical skill in IT is an advantage
• Candidate must be passionate & enthusiastic on Technology (ICT, Internet & Networking)
• Show keen interest to learn, consistent, patient, committed & responsible
• Must have own transport and willing to travel at short notice
