System Analysts

Responsibilities
- Participate in application design, development, enhancements and implementation of system solutions.
- Perform system integration testing; conduct user acceptance testing and documentation of system application.
- Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyze user requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Applications support.
- Provide post production support.
- Provide onsite implementation support.
- Maintain existing systems/business applications including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Ensures all calls and issues are logged, escalated and resolved within specified timeframe(Committed SLA)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and able to work independently.
- Strong determination, able to take pressure and work well in a fast pace environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
