Technical Consultant (Penang)
Job Scope:

• To provide accurate and timely application and technical supports of products and services offered by the Company.
• To participate in the full cycle of software development and responsible for customized software/application development, unit and integration test, debugging and post released support
• Produce design specification/technical documentation based on functional specification obtained.
• Understand and analyse customers' requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop software codes/solution according to established standards, based on best practices and adhere to quality assurance framework
• Produce user guide/manual as necessary
• Conduct/Provide technical tools training to customer/user
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by project managers.
• Research and explore new technologies according to company needs

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• An understanding of ERP system functionality and common business processes
• Required skill(s): VB.Net, C#, Windows Server, MS SQL Server & Crystal Report.
• Meticulous, professional attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude.
• Strong skills in time management, planning, organizing and problem solving with analytical mind.
• Self-motivated to improve skills and technological knowledge.
• Both experienced & fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
