Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customer calls related to computing problem.
- Handles problems and questions about all office software, network, wireless and remote access computing.
- Assign incident tickets to onsite support engineers and consistent follow up till closure.
- Technical Support for window 2000 / XP OS platform and all future Microsoft OS Platform (installation, setup,configuration & troubleshooting)
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction at any point of time.
- Provide coverage for other Engineers whenever there’s a need.
Competencies / Technical Requirement / Certification
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ others related field
- Have good interpersonal skills/ Customer Relations Handling
- Have good PC knowledge, excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
- Have good English communication skills
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
