• Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin, knows the programming language of C++ and C# (cSharp) is an added advantage and the position will be based at customer site at Intel Kulim.

 .Net Developer at Bayan Lepas x 3 – based at Bayan Lepas

• Need to Gather, analyze and document requirements
• Collaboration on requirements and design, Propose/Participate in sizing development effort, Documenting and Collaborating with other partners on Test Cases, training materials, technical spec & process, support script, deployment document (development,  test & production environments) and etc.,
• Execution of automated and/or manual test cases with results and reports (Unit, Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance and Day 1 Testing) and ensure all test cases are passed, Test Driven Development (TDD) & Continuous Integration (CI) approaches, Code (application development) with quality finish product within define quality criteria/goal using Microsoft.Net and related technologies, Code migration and cookbook readiness base on program guideline and policy,
• Adopt the Factory Material Program Agile practices and tools, Compliance of Intel’s architecture recommendation/policy where applicable, Facilitate and Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training,
• Enable Mobile & Tablet Applications.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS SQL Server, C#.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• You will be part of the IT team, support global operation (60%) and deliver/develop to applications (40%).
• Interpret the business requirements and turning them into application/modules.
• Provides technical answers and supports to global operations. Collaboration with IT team and other business users;
• ASP.NET (C#.Net/ VB.Net); Oracle / MS SQL; Microsoft Framework 3.5 and above;

• Manage assigned accounts, identify new leads, upsell from previous closed business
• Manage pipelines and forecast data, provide consistent updates on delivery and billing info for analysis and reporting
• Manage the business relationship, gather customer intelligence data, cover all levels within the customer organisation, deliver quality service and total customer satisfaction.
• Fulfill tender/proposal requirements, ensure comprehensive solution with competitive pricing and a compelling value proposition
• Position proactive proposals - anticipate customer requirements, aligning their business goals with feasible IT solutions which provide highest return on their IT investment.
• Work with various groups internally e.g. Solution Architect, Solutions consultants, project, managers in order to position company proposals as business solutions of greatest added value
• Focus sector : Semi-conductor, Public Sector & Govt agencies, Manufacturing - Penang & Northern Region. / At least 3 years in IT Sales

• Involve significant cross-group and cross-functional communications
• To define the resources needed for program implementation and create the project schedule and work plan
• To direct and coordinate the various resources involved in technology programs, including systems engineers, programmers, developers and system administrators.
• To deliver technology initiatives on time and within budgetary constraints
• Years of experience >8 - 11 years. / Excellent communications skills is critical
• Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills are necessary for effectiveness in this role
• Knowledge of evolving technologies / Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
• Can multi-task and effectively juggle competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectation.
• PMP certification will be nice to have.
