Technical Support (Penang - Bayan Lepas)

Job Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot, repair and maintain computers (PC & laptop) printers, standard software applications, networking and servers.
• Configure and install Microsoft Windows based servers and workstations.
• To provide 1st level of 24 x 7 on-call support (weekly rotational basis)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment yet multi-tasking.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Computing related studies or equivalent certifications (MCSE, MCP,CCNA, CCNP)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining computing hardware, include servers, PCs, laptops, printers and IT related equipment or devices.
• Familiar with Microsoft products, basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skill will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good attitude and positive thinking with self-motivation.
• Candidate must possess own transport and willing to work in Penang.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
