Dell Walk in Interview - Inside Sales

Inside Sales Account Management


Description
  • Direct/Indirect Selling of Dell products & services via making outbound calls
  • Responsible for handling large corporate accounts
  • Develop & maintain good business relationship with assigned customers & Dell distributors
  • To make calls to customer at all time during scheduled call period
  • To ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, qualify opportunity and follow-up to close deals
  • To qualify & identify opportunities and follow-up on potential deals
  • Responsible for weekly update of the outlook plan, sales funnel, call plan.
  • Enhance positive customer experience & customer satisfaction through timely response to customers' enquiry
  • Work closely with Field Sales & Distributors to develop & identify new opportunities & to maintain / support existing large corporate customers
Qualification
  • University level degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experiences in ICT industry.
  • Have direct/indirect sales experience to an end-user customer base & channel, with demonstrated account & channel management experience as part of previous experience.
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English.
  • Fluency in other languages like Thai, Vietnam or Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage.
  • Strong business, financial & technical acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and a team player employee.
