Opening position - Demand Center Support Engineer at REDGroup (M) Sdn Bhd

Dear student & alumni,

REDGroup (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for Demand Center Support Engineer.

Demand Center Support Engineer  (Work Location : Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah)

1. Contract duration: 9 months (Jan-Sept 2012)
2. Working hour: Normal Hours (8am - 5.15pm)
3. Roles & Responsibility
  • Rollout of Corporate Standard Client including setup of computers, operating system installation and business software installation.
  • Rollout of IT equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Gather information for reporting.
  • Liaise with resident client engineer for project engagement.
  • Maintaining a good asset/inventory management.
4. Required Skill Sets
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree with emphasis in an IT related field (Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Familiar with Windows Desktop Operating System and Active Directory.
  • A team player that is able to work independently and under pressure. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Maintains a good software and hardware inventory management.
  • Proficient in Hardware (PC, Printers & Peripherals) and Software (e.g. OS, Application, etc.) troubleshooting.
  • Sharp analytical mind with good trouble-shooting skills
