WCC Penang is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of violence against women and children. The official website of WCC Penang is www.wccpenang.org.

This project is a revolution for WCC Penang as it will significantly change the working system of the organization, from paper to electronic forms. This web based database system help the WCC staff to work with the information provided by the client when registering to seek up counselling and advices. This product also included with login system which coded by using PHP 5. Advance security feature was used with encryption of MD5 which convert your password into some encrypted codes which is hard to be decoded.
