Systems Administrator Penang – Bayan Lepas
Responsibilities:
- To maintain various MS SQL or MY SQL servers.
- To maintain online databases
- To maintain the configurations of ERP / web portal software.
- To perform software installation of branch servers for ERP systems.
- To ensure system automatic backups and re-indexing are up to date.
- To provide data processing troubleshooting for ERP / web portal.
- To maintain configuration of routers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): database administration, networking and Internet, SQL, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Willing to travel to all branches in Malaysia.

Web Developers Penang – Bayan Lepas
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, development, coding, debug and maintenance of web application.
- Lead the preparations, review and analysis of software systems requirement and specifications.
- Develop and conduct software system testing and validation procedures and documentation to ensure specification compliance.
- Liaise and manage vendor (EPR and Contract Developer) to develop software system solution and releasing into production according to the requirement.
- Perform software project planning and project management to meet schedule, cost and quality compliance.
- Working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable with Linux and Window Development environment.
- Generate documentation for manual, specification, ECN, work Instruction.
- Support web migration from prototype to volume production.
Applications Development
- Support business and marketing teams on any new initiatives/ new features to be developed to support business goal and direction.
- Manage portal’s content and ensure that quality and timeliness of information / promotions on a daily basic to achieve the web visitations.
- To prepare documentation on web system such as writing and managing content campaigns for portal and email campaigns and other related requests.
- Perform daily updates on web contents and ad hoc request.
- ASP.NET, PHP, CSC, JavaScript – development skills.
- Extensive experience hand-coding XHTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of current W3C standards and browser compatibility issue.
- Familiarity with CVN/SVN or others control systems.
- Experience of Portal or Sites with social interaction features.
- Able to develop dynamic and user-friendly database driven websites.
- Creating and Maintaining Crystal Report or iReport.
- Bachelor’s degree/ Advance Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Multimedia or computer related studies.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Have good knowledge and understand web technology such as Web Analytics, Website Optimization Techniques, SEO, and SEM.
- At least 1-2 years of commercial web development experience, developing website using Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP and JavaScript or required Microsoft platform such as DotNet, C#, VB.Net, IIS ASP or ASP.Net.
- MSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCTIP will be added advantages.
- Competent with Oracle, Microsoft SQL 2008 OR Open Source MySQL.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses proficiency in web development, Project Coordination and Management.

IT Technician Penang – Bayan Lepas
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routine and scheduled IT related jobs.
- Construct, install, and test customized PC images and systems to increase efficiencies in the local office.
- Maintain security solutions including anti-virus, software patching, and intrusion detection systems on all end user PCs and servers.
- Provide support to a multi-user operating system which includes performing installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting of various Windows operating system.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshooting system, network problem, desktop, printers or scanners, projectors & IT peripherals problem and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Ensure physical desktop connections are properly working. This includes all desktop and phone cabling, server cabling, and inter-network connections.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform user PC hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all PCs, peripheral equipment, and infrastructure systems, including spare hardware.
- Monitor performance and provide metrics and reports for all systems in office. This includes all servers and applications, network hardware and circuits, and telecom hardware and circuits.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Collaborate with global IT staff to ensure efficient operation of the office computing environment, including planned maintenance and upgrades.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma and Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong problem solving skill, analytical and communication skills and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English, Malay or Chinese.
- Possess sense of urgency and able to work under minimum supervision
